Terms & Conditions

  1. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the term "Reward" is defined as: one (1) Travel Savings Credit valued at Two Hundred and Fifty US dollars ($250 USD).
  2. Each Travel Savings Credit will be delivered as a “Reward Code” to be redeemed at www.travelleisureclub.com.
  3. In order for a “Customer” to be eligible to receive a Reward, Customer must:
    1. Be over the age of 21 at the time of purchase
    2. Be a legal resident of the United States at the time of purchase
    3. Join the Discovery Club and purchase a box of 12 wines in a single transaction at WSJwine.com between August 1, 2025 and February 15, 2026.
    4. Receive a Unique Code from WSJ Wine after making a qualifying purchase.
    5. Submit an online Application Form on https://www.winetravelrewards.com with their unique code within 14 days of purchase, where Customer must enter name, postal code and email address (“Application Form”).
  4. Within 24 hours of the Application Form submission, qualified Customers will receive an email with a Reward Code and instructions to redeem the Reward.
  5. Purchases must be made between August 1, 2025 and February 15, 2026 in order to be qualified for the Reward.
  6. One Reward per person per household.
  7. The last day to submit the Application Form is February 28, 2026.
  8. Reward Codes valid until February 28, 2027.
  9. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  10. Reward is subject to promotional availability and available while supplies last.
  11. Reward is void if transferred, sold, auctioned, photocopied or otherwise altered and where prohibited or restricted by law.
  12. Reward cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offers or discounts.
  13. Full value of the Reward may not be able to be applied in one transaction dependent on location, hotel, length of stay, and inventory.
  14. Reward may not cover the full value of the booking. Additional costs/fees for products and services above the Reward amount are not included and any such fees are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

  16. Valid credit card will be required to pay any amount that exceeds the applied Travel Credits amount to a travel booking.
  17. Reward may not cover the full value of the booking. Additional costs/fees for products and services above the Reward credit amount are not included and any such fees are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
  18. Pricing for hotel bookings rates is subject to change at any moment. Prices, rates, and availability are dependent on the hotel's discretion. Occasionally, hotel rates may differ and may be a lower rate for certain stays on other and similar travel booking sites, but these discounted rates may come with specific restrictions and conditions (i.e. related to cancellation and refunds). Pricing shown on www.travelleisureclub.com does not include additional discounts, sales, rebates, etc. the hotel or 3rd party supplier directly offers.
  19. Before making your reservation, please carefully review the room and rate details for any applicable conditions.
  20. The Reward is not applied after the purchase is made or acts as a rebate. The credit amount is applied before the purchase is made. Refunds will not be given on the basis that the expected credit amount would be applied at the end of the purchasing process.
  21. All bookings are subject to availability.
  22. Reward eligible for use on the Travel Leisure Club website are not credit or debit cards, and have no implied warranties, other than what is specified herein. If there is any written language or terms and conditions on the Reward Code itself, which is in conflict with the Policy, or any other terms and conditions labelled as such on the Travel Leisure Club website, the Travel Leisure Club shall overrule the Reward and be the absolute authority.
  23. The Reward is not transferable once activated and is redeemable for accommodations and other travel product and services available on the Travel Leisure Club website.
  24. The Reward and reservations made on the Website are non-refundable and cannot be changed or modified once booked. For the Reward, terms and conditions as set forth by the supplier of the accommodations or other travel products and services may vary and are defined in the terms and conditions as listed on the Website and must be read and agreed to prior to making a purchase. Any suspected or actual abuse of the Travel Leisure Club Reward terms and conditions and/or Privacy Policy may result in immediate deactivation of the Reward without warning and possible cancellation of any redeemed travel products and services. When booking a reservation through Travel Leisure Club, the total cost will be reduced by the value of the Reward up to a zero cost for the reservation. Additional costs incurred by the Customer, including but not limited to taxes, fees, incidentals, or other purchases are at the sole expense of the Customer and the Reward Code cannot be used to pay these expenses unless specified as an inclusion in the reservation at the time the reservation was booked. Travel Leisure Club shall not be liable or responsible for delays or cancellations due to weather or mechanical breakdowns, war, acts of God or any other matters beyond its reasonable control. Further, Travel Leisure Club assumes no responsibility for any verbal or written representation made in conjunction with the redemption of the Reward Code by any distributors, affiliates or third parties other than what is expressly written herein.
  25. Additional costs/fees for products and services outside of the Reward are not included and any such fees are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
  26. It is the responsibility of the Reward recipient to provide correct, up-to-date details when claiming and completing their booking.
  27. The recipient of the Reward must follow the instructions provided by the Promoter, Travel Leisure Club, and Direct Wines Inc. Failure to comply with the instructions or any other directives made in conjunction with this Reward may result in cancellation and/or a charge for the Reward. Reward shall be considered redeemed and participant shall be solely responsible for any costs or fees incurred as a result in cancellation and/or a charge for the Reward. Under these circumstances, Reward shall be considered redeemed and participant shall be solely responsible for any costs or fees incurred as a result of their noncompliance.
  28. Released Parties cannot be held responsible for any disagreements concerning availability and quality of Reward. Any dispute must be settled directly with Travel Leisure Club.
  29. For the purpose of this Reward, "Released Parties" includes the Promoter, Travel Leisure Club, Direct Wines, Inc. and their respective parents, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, agents, distributors and vendors.
  30. Released Parties shall not be liable for lost, stolen, damaged, misdirected or undeliverable Reward Codes and will not issue or replace Rewards in any of these events.
  31. Valid credit card will be required to pay any amount that exceeds the Reward.
  32. No exchange of the Reward is permitted under any circumstance.
  33. No credit, refund or extension for any unused Reward will be provided.
  34. The Reward is issued by the Promoter located at 60 Hudson Street, Suite 1809, New York, NY 10013, or at such other address as the Promoter may advise in writing. No inquiry or notice will be validly received by the Promoter unless mailed to the Promoter's address above by first-class mail, postage prepaid.
  35. Promoter reserves the right to change or modify the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion at any time during the term thereof. It shall be the Customer's sole obligation to check the Terms and Conditions during the Promotion and when the Customer redeems the Reward.
  36. Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to replace the Reward with another of equal or higher value.

US Only. Must be over the age of 21 at the time of purchase. Customers have 90 days to submit application form on winetravelrewards.com. Final submission date to claim is 3/1/26. Credit card required. Reward is subject to it's own terms and conditions you mush agree to upon using the reward. Reward may not cover the full cost of a hotel. Full value of the reward may not be able to be used in one transaction. Additional Terms and Conditions apply. Void where prohibited.
